02/09/2026: I come to this Del Arte about once a month, mainly because it's close to my home. Unfortunately, on each visit, I find the servers unfriendly and often cold in their manner. Recently, I bought three pizzas to take away. Since I had a lot of groceries and needed to catch the bus, I simply asked if it was possible to put the pizzas in a bag. I was told they didn't have any and that I would have to find something myself. Zero customer service… I find this truly regrettable. I can understand that they no longer have bags, but a minimum of courtesy and consideration for the customer would have been appreciated. The customer service clearly needs improvement.

29/08/2026: I've been having lunch there regularly for about 10 years. The food is excellent and the service is top-notch.

29/08/2026: A truly delightful experience! The dishes are as delicious as ever, and the portions are generous. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Don't leave without indulging in the desserts: the mango tiramisu is absolutely divine! The selection of excellent rums is also a real bonus for a perfect ending to your meal. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. In short, it would be a shame to miss out!
