Burger La Fabrique sur Charleville-Mezieres

Quick service, food not too bad, not excellent but it does the job for fast food. However, it's very cold; you have to keep your coat on to eat inside. And the customer service needs improvement, but perhaps the employee wasn't feeling well; it happens to everyone, even though we really felt like we were bothering them, to put it politely. In short, if you're hungry and that's all they have, why not, but I won't be back.

As a customer since the chain opened, thanks to the quality of their fries and burgers, I've been disappointed several times lately, particularly with the bacon. Okay, let's start with the positives: the burgers are excellent. From the bun to the patty, everything is top-notch and perfectly cooked. The fries with paprika are always golden brown and well-seasoned. The only downside is that the last few times I've been, the bacon in the burger has been inedible. It's just greasy and rubbery; it all comes out in one piece when you bite into it. You have to remove the bacon every time, which is a shame for a bacon burger. So it would be great if they could address that. The prices have also increased significantly in a very short time. It's a shame because I used to come about five times a month, but now I only go once every two months or so, and the same goes for my family and friends. While the price is certainly affordable for the quality, the price difference is significant when you're with family, so the budget definitely takes a hit. I admit it's cheaper to go to a fast-food restaurant with a loyalty program these days. As for the rest, we never come in the winter because it's far too cold inside. However, the cashier is lovely. But in any case, it's still a good fast-food restaurant; the quality is there.

We came for dinner with a reservation. The waitress was very kind, smiling, and professional. The dishes (a burger and a steak tartare) were truly excellent and generous! Furthermore, the location on the Place Ducale is a real plus!

The food is really very, very good and super tasty. The setting is very pretty. I recommend it without hesitation.

We were served quickly, there were only 5 of us in the restaurant. The only major drawback was the cold crepe: the cheese wasn't melted inside. I pointed this out to the waitress who offered to reheat it… well, when you only have 5 customers you serve it hot, what must it be like when it's crowded????? It's a real shame to be so unprofessional, Mr. Chef.

Excellent welcome, we were seated in the cellar, but it was very chilly. We ordered a Valentine's Day cocktail, and our main courses arrived just as quickly. No drinks were offered. My potatoes in the goat cheese salad (without goat cheese, as requested 😆) were cold. The lighting was poor, making it difficult to see what was on the plates. Nevertheless, the portions were very generous, and the staff were truly excellent. I could have bothered them by sending the dish back, but I didn't want to. It's just that the dish arrived far too quickly.

Excellent atmosphere, very friendly staff, a great selection of savory crepes, each one more delicious than the last. We go back often 😋

Too bad it was cold. Several people ate with their jackets on.

It's a shame, they're supposed to close at 10 PM, but when we arrived at 9 PM they weren't serving us anymore. Nevertheless, their burgers are very good.

A meal deal with 10 fries in a cone... Disappointing. I was used to better.
