02/05/2026: My family and I have been regular customers for over two years until the evening of February 5th when we decided to order from Uber Eats for four people, which came to about €60 in total. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with the delivery driver; he didn't deliver and hurled insults. We contacted Uber Eats and PayPal, but neither agreed to reimburse us despite the evidence. With no other option, we contacted Frite n Co several times. A gentleman repeatedly assured us that he would contact Uber Eats and find a solution... Our last messages are in the photo. No further response since March, just empty promises. Even though the accident was in no way Frite n co's fault, they still pocketed our money without us receiving what we paid for (we were even forced to order a second time that same evening...). If they were professional, they would have refunded us or at least offered us a free meal next time we ate there. It's a real shame because the food is delicious, but because of this, Frite n co has lost several loyal customers.

02/05/2026: My family and I ordered fries, burgers, and onion rings. The cheddar and bacon fries were delicious 😋 and a generous portion. The fries are homemade, which makes them amazing. The onion rings were very good, and the portions were well-balanced. The fried coating was crispy and tasty. The Chimay burger was won over by the pepper sauce; it really enhanced the burger and made it exquisite. We will gladly return to this restaurant!

It's impossible not to find something to enjoy, whether it's an aperitif or a beautifully presented meal, in a cozy setting where time seems to stand still in the gentle atmosphere created by the radiant owner, Karine Arnaud, and her team. As for the dynamic chef, Eric Arnaud, he delights us with his magnificent dishes, each with its own elegant presentation and flavors that transport us back to a time when people took the time to create rich, flavorful sauces, not to mention the expertly crafted sauces that whisk us away to a paradise of fine food and the good life. It's thanks to them that life sparkles in Place Ducale. A must-try!

08/04/2026: I remembered the worst service I've ever experienced in my life at that restaurant, two years ago. We had come to eat as a family, and my mother wanted to share a meal between two. The waiter then yelled at my mother, saying that we either had to eat or leave. I don't regret not having eaten there, but I do regret not throwing my glass of water in his face.

Don't hesitate to step into the imaginary world of comics, manga, and games while enjoying a meal, a snack, tea, or coffee. The upstairs also holds some delightful surprises! It's an incredibly pleasant place, just like the wonderful people who bring it to life in every role! You can purchase beautiful notebooks, journals, and postcards, each one more beautiful than the last... Settle in under the outdoor pergola when the weather is nice, and as an added bonus, you might even be greeted by a cat! 🐱 As you can see, Plume et Bulle is a truly magical place!

05/09/2025: This September 4th, there were two of us on a terrace for a beer and a shandy, I gave a €20 note, I received the change, I didn't check and later I realized that I had been cheated out of €10... I invite customers to check carefully and not to trust them too much! because without a receipt it's difficult to go back and complain!

25/08/2025: I came to the place on Saturday, August 23rd with a colleague and 2 residents with disabilities. We had been to Carrefour before to buy something to eat and drink for the residents. We sat down and asked for the menu. So far, no problems. The waitress then came back to take our order, I kindly told her that we were going to have 2 cafés crème and also asked if we could have glasses and spoons for the residents. The waitress said yes, and asked me what she was putting in the glasses. I told her that we had already bought what was needed for them, the waitress told me that it was not possible because it was a bar and that here we served drinks. In principle, I could understand. The waitress then went to see her boss who from the beginning did not deign to say hello, so in terms of friendliness we will pass. And the person starts yelling "Oh no, out of the question, it doesn't work like that in the bars in Charleville" that's all, I tell the waitress that we're leaving. I spoke to several of my colleagues who told me that she had no problem having only a coffee, and having already bought what was needed for the residents, so I don't understand at all why we were refused for things that had already been accepted with others. Rudeness, no friendliness and disrespect from the woman who yelled in the restaurant. My colleague and I were shocked, I do not recommend it at all.
