A fantastic welcome, perfect burgers! We're used to good farm products (we live in the countryside, it's easy) and the quality of the ingredients used was excellent! Thank you for the spicy sauces, my husband loved them!

04/05/2026: The Spirit of a Quality Brasserie After the fried onions as an aperitif, we ordered four different dishes: excellent tripe with fries, a traditional Toulouse sausage with aligot (a cheesy potato dish), an 8-centimeter-thick steak, and for me, a magnificent Aubrac ribeye. The tenderness of this meat was truly exceptional. I usually eat meat without sauce! But this time, I made the mistake of dipping a fry in the homemade pepper and Roquefort sauces and finished both ramekins. And what a pleasure it was to be served on the terrace by people who were both so friendly and professional. BRAVO for your work! And thank you for maintaining the spirit of a quality brasserie.
