Le Coyote sur Toulouse

A great find in Toulouse, just steps from the Capitole. The tables inside are a little close together.

A really cool, centrally located place. The service was excellent. The food is homemade; we ordered the veggie burger and two chicken burgers. It didn't disappoint at all. Highly recommended.

I hadn't been there for at least 15 years. It's changed, of course, but it's still just as good. The homemade burger bun and fries definitely contribute to that 😁… And the price is really reasonable.

We came as a family. Pleasant welcome, generous portions, and a very good burger.

A pleasant surprise! I highly recommend this restaurant. The burgers are delicious and generous, and the fries are excellent. The portion size is perfect, with great value for money. The owner is super friendly and very accommodating. It's nice to chat with such lovely people. I recommend it without hesitation.

What can I say… Words can't express the experience I had at this fast-food restaurant. I ordered the iconic Coyote Burger, and from the very first bite, I was instantly transported to the wilds of Dominica (the country, obviously 😜). Speaking of Dominica, the Saint-Dominique white rum with its geographical indication that was served (a nice nod to the nearby Saint-Dominique Street, which is well worth a visit, see attached photo) paired perfectly with the exquisite flavors of this delicate burger. Honestly, I'm still on cloud nine, definitely feeling like a little Coyote. Okay, I won't go on and on, but the best conclusion I can offer to this praise is without a doubt: Come!

First time at this burger restaurant and I loved everything, it was simply perfect. The fries were excellent, the tenders and wings incredible, and the homemade burger, made from scratch, was sumptuous. I highly recommend it.
