I recommend!!! Pleasant place, friendly atmosphere, welcoming and available team. Reasonable prices, copious plates, we had a great time! Our dog was able to accompany us. Thanks again to the whole team!

Well... except the aligot and the beef, the rest were for customers we won't see again... quite disappointing for a first experience in a buron.

Lunch taken during a beautiful summer day. It's simple and good (too bad you can't choose how the meat is cooked but it's good). The position of Buron is also a real asset, a beautiful view, lunch takes place on tables under parasols in the grass, very pleasant. I can't compare with other Burons but this one keeps its promises.

I had a lot of pleasure sharing this excellent sausage aligot with Chinese-Americans. Everyone made an effort to speak English while turning the aligot. It was great! I have been here before and I will come back!

Super moment passé en plein air ! On déguste l'aligot préparé devant nous, il y a même du rab, c'est très convivial et un prix imbattable.

Comme à chaque escapade en Aubrac, nous réservons dans ce buron. Accueil et service agréables. L'aligot est préparé devant nous, à l'ancienne, avec de vraies pommes de terre. Au calme, en plein air, face au village d'Aubrac... Un moment fort sympathique sous le soleil du mois de mai. A faire et à refaire. Bonne saison à vous !

21/09/2024: Good welcome, very clean rooms, well soundproofed and very good bedding. Good food in generous quantities. A plus for the excellent Aubrac meat. Too bad there are no mixed salads on the menu. Good varied breakfast.
19/09/2024: Excellent welcome at Coudercous, very good meal and breakfast (all you can eat). Bad sleep in a type of poorly equipped dormitory lit by an emergency block all night!
