We came as a family to eat after our hike. The service was particularly slow. As the son of a restaurant owner, I find it unacceptable that the food was served before the drinks.
Regarding the service:
* A smile is free.
* Hire people who work efficiently instead of just twiddling their thumbs.
* Also, consider updating the menu available on your website.
On the other hand, the food was excellent; there's nothing to criticize about the quality of the cuisine.
Finally, Mr. Manager, as a restaurant owner, customer relations are essential and should not be neglected. A simple smile can make all the difference.

We came as a family after our hike at Prat de Bouc. The service was rather slow and a bit disorganized.
The food was very good. However, it's a shame that the menu offers so few options for vegetarians or vegans. We had to ask for the ham to be removed from the salads in order to eat.
Despite this, we enjoyed our meal.

We came for a snack with my grandson and sat down on the terrace. The service was adequate, then someone came to close the parasols. We asked if they were closing right away, and she replied, "No, take your time." Suddenly, another person closed the entrance, saying rather ungraciously, "We're closing!" We found ourselves alone on the terrace, a very strange feeling!

Lunch for four on a Sunday with a reservation.
Limited choice that day (two dishes) but good quality.
Service a bit too fast: the main course was practically served with the aperitifs, and there was a mistake with the side dish.
Pleasant staff.
A bit pricey, as it's a tourist trap, but generally good quality.
Toilets partially out of order (hand dryer, urinal).
Beautiful setting.

Superb mountain hut/restaurant. People love to complain even though they're doing nothing. You can go there without hesitation; there will just be a bit of a wait, which is normal when it's busy.

A fantastic restaurant!! The Aubrac beef fillet with morels is absolutely divine!!!
And the Buron Burger is also amazing!!!
I recommend it 200%!!
