Superb mountain hut/restaurant. People love to complain even though they're doing nothing. You can go there without hesitation; there will just be a bit of a wait, which is normal when it's busy.

A fantastic restaurant!! The Aubrac beef fillet with morels is absolutely divine!!!
And the Buron Burger is also amazing!!!
I recommend it 200%!!
Be warned, it gets very busy!!

Everything was perfect: the staff and owner were very friendly, the portions were very generous, and we couldn't even finish the roasted Saint-Nectaire cheese. It was delicious! The dessert, the pachade, was a real treat! It was served very quickly. You can feel the efficiency and the great atmosphere of the team. All this in a beautiful mountain setting. We will gladly return. Thank you to the team for this wonderful discovery, and we wish you a great season.

Nine of us bikers arrived for lunch at the Buron de Prat de Bouc. Magnificent scenery and a very beautiful establishment. The menu was very generous and of good quality. Pleasant and professional service.

Lunch prices are a bit high. The welcome wasn't very pleasant. Home-style cooking. The owner prefers to seat people together because he doesn't want to make a mess of half the dining room... to avoid cleaning. Apart from that, the portions are generous. Bar, shop. Special mention for the pachade (a type of pastry). And a beautiful view of the slopes... if they deign to give you a window seat, because despite the large windows, the dining room is dark...
