Found a restaurant last minute for my birthday... What a pleasant surprise! A true delight! From starter to dessert.
The tartare was, for once, different, original, with well-balanced flavors. The duckling was absolutely delicious, as was its side dish. My friend was also delighted with his calf's head carpaccio. Forgotten French flavors, which are disappearing, which we no longer see much of on our plates. Cooked the old-fashioned way or revisited, it's a welcome change from the standardization of our palates! Honestly, hats off to the young chef, who is also the courageous owner of this establishment. Thank you again. Don't hesitate; we'll definitely be back!
