Cacaothé sur Perigueux

We chose Cacaothé for our wedding brunch, and we couldn't have dreamed of anything better! For us, it's simply the best brunch in Périgueux, so having them by our side for this event was a real joy. Everything was delicious, generous, and beautifully presented, with high-quality coffee and original drinks. Special mention goes to the iced caramel latte—a superb discovery! Although there were only two of them, they provided outstanding service: arriving well in advance to set up, efficient, smiling, and incredibly kind throughout the day. One detail we particularly appreciated: at the end of brunch, they went out of their way to carefully pack up all the leftovers so we could enjoy them afterward. Our guests loved it, and we received many compliments. A huge thank you to Cacaothé for their professionalism and kindness. We can't wait to come back for brunch!

I've been there several times, either for lunch (brunch) or I stay for the day to work remotely. The atmosphere is always pleasant, and the food and drinks are delicious. It's a favorite spot for me in the fall; it's incredibly cozy!

The place is fantastic, it's beautiful, the staff are efficient and very friendly, and the brunch was excellent with great value for money. We paid €15 for a small brunch consisting of a savory dish, a sweet dish, and a hot drink. Everything was perfectly balanced. I highly recommend this place!

Based on the reviews, I must admit I was a little disappointed during our visit. The dishes are nicely presented, but the prices are a bit high for what's offered. The service was mixed, especially when making the reservation by phone. The setting is pleasant, and there's a lovely view of the cathedral.

We had brunch; the place was nice with good decor. The value for money is average; €5 less for brunch would have been fair considering the quality of the food. The service was good, it's a shame the person we spoke to on the phone was unpleasant. The wait was a bit long for pancakes and club sandwiches. No hard feelings, just constructive feedback as a restaurant professional :)
