Great experience this morning at Café Aouba. The atmosphere is very pleasant, coinciding with the Wednesday morning market, and the gentleman gave us a very warm welcome. We enjoyed an excellent coffee at the counter. I'll definitely be back to buy more coffee!

My go-to coffee spot during the stay in Paris! It is such a lovely neighbourhood coffee joint where all the locals come in and enjoy their morning coffee! Super friendly owner and wonderful latte! Recommended for anyone if you are staying near Gare de Lyon!!

The service could be improved; you're quickly forgotten among the regulars. Today, the coffee on offer was from Cameroon. Having ordered a long black coffee (€1.80), I felt the roasting was well done, as I detected cocoa notes. I'll definitely be back.
