Café Avenue sur Paris

The rum and almond cake was delicious! The aesthetic quality was calming and comfortable.

The atmosphere is so calming! You can see a small garden through the window inside. Although it was crowded, we felt so comfortable still. Perfect for an afternoon coffee during the weekend.

Tram café is located is one of my favourite areas in Paris. It is not far from the beautiful Panthéon square, boulevard Saint-Germain and the Cathédrale Notre-Dame. I went there on a Friday around noon but they told me that without a reservation they couldn't offer me a table. I then went back on a Sunday afternoon and I was able to get a table. I started with an oat milk latte, which was very good. The coffee tasted rich and strong, how I usually like it. I also got the Croque monsieur and they are not lying when they say this is the best Croque monsieur in Paris. The mix of Jambon prince, sel de truffe and comté AOC is beyond this world. It was extremely good! I finished with dessert and got the pain perdu, glace vanille et caramel au beurre salé. I believe this was the best pain perdu I've ever tried. The combination of ice cream with a hot pain perdu is absolutely incredible. I recommend Tram if you want to grab a bite around this area and visit a cool bookstore. The service was great and they have different types of coffee blends.

Great food and really nice atmosphere! Unfortunately the staff are not that friendly and breakfast is only available until 11:30 (after that there isn't even a pain au chocolat)

A mixture of simplicity and refinement. The menu is tempting, the beef tartare excellent.

Excellent address! Varied, tasty, elaborate dishes, based on fresh quality products. Very pleasant place, tastefully decorated and top service! Just a shame that it's closed in the evenings and Sundays otherwise I would set up my HQ there!

We went here for a brunch. The food and Ambience is excellent. Slightly disappointed by the coffee, the cappuccino could be better considering that it costs the same as any good café in paris. Definitely coming back for the brunch. Big fan of their pain Perdue.

Very nice café with very dedicated employees :)

On a recent business trip to Paris, I had some time to tour some of the historical sites associated with my project, most of which are located in and around the Panthéon. We called in to Tram for a coffee in the morning and regretted that we were a little too early for lunch as the menu looked amazing. I had a glimpse into the kitchen which was well organised and appealing. We enjoyed browsing the shelves filled with books, rare batches of syrups and other delicacies. After touring around some more we decided to head back there for lunch. It was super busy and we were lucky to get in. what a delightful experience! In spite of the cafe being extremely busy, our host took our name and we waited outside for a table to become available. She was so courteous, popping out to assure us we hadn’t been forgotten, while also supplying the local engineers with take away coffee. Once seated at a lovely big communal table with some other happy customers, we enjoyed the busy and lively atmosphere of the cafe where most were local diners and, clearly, repeat customers. Gorgeous food. I had the sardine boîte and my husband had mushroom soup which was honestly the most delicious soup either of us has ever tasted. The sparkling rosé wine was excellent (priced accordingly) but it was a really special meal and some of the best we had during our 3 day stay in the city. Wonderful food, great atmosphere and kind hosts who made it such a memorable experience.
