Starter: a mixture of snails with garlic and maroilles, then a beef tartare prepared to order, the minced meat a delight of flavors, in a setting similar to the Ardennes, an unforgettable experience to repeat without moderation .
Regular customers for at least 10 years and completely satisfied, we ignored this establishment for 2 years following a dispute concerning the kitchen... Obviously, the boss has changed his policy or the chef and the situation has returned to the old way . After clarifying the dispute with the manager, we returned, still satisfied, to this restaurant and send our sincere greetings to Richard (the boss), whom we appreciate very much. Only fools don't change their minds. See you soon...
First visit and certainly not the last, warm welcome, charming waitress and the owner who comes to greet you, it's a pleasure..., traditional and delicious cuisine. Excellent value for money. I will come back.
We had heard only good things, it's true that the kitchen is great but noisy and above all the waiting time is too long. The boss pretends that our order dates from 12:48 p.m. even though we had had an aperitif (paid first) before and that the order was placed well after. We deplored customers arriving after us and leaving while we were still not served. Moreover, not even a commercial gesture, a coffee possibly!..... Too bad the image we were given is a little tarnished
Le menu du chti (uniquement jeudi et vendredi midi) est quand même passé de 9,90€ à 15,90€ entre novembre et février … plus si interessant que ça ! Dommage
