A generous and delicious crepe that took a good 30 minutes to arrive after ordering 🤩
And another 20 minutes to take the order, but the waiter on this sunny Saturday seemed a bit overwhelmed 😅
The "crepe + drink" deal is a great idea! 😁
And the view of the cathedral is one of the most magnificent! 🤩

Absolutely fantastic!
The €21 lunch menu, crafted by the renowned chef who works at this establishment, is offered at no extra cost, despite being far superior to the competition.
Nothing to complain about. Only excellent ingredients, presented with elegance and accompanied by equally impeccable service.
I would like to thank the entire team at this restaurant and will soon be visiting the fine dining restaurant, which is part of the same group and located in a separate room next door.

Rainy weather in Auch. Few people on the streets. Went for a nice dessert at Le France. Dame blanche and profiteroles, tasty and well-presented. Very friendly service.

Passing through Auch for the weekend, we dined at this restaurant two nights in a row because we really enjoyed it! The staff is very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The food is truly excellent, and the portions are also generous for the price. Admittedly, we waited quite a while on Saturday night, but it was very busy, so that's perfectly understandable. We were warned about the wait, and they even accepted us without a reservation. So, no complaints whatsoever. I highly recommend this restaurant!
