Sunday evening dinner for two. The meal was excellent, very refined, and sophisticated. The food was impeccable. Well done! A point for improvement: the wait was a bit too long (an hour's wait for the starter) and the wine list by the glass (one Ardèche wine and one Ventoux wine) needs revising (the wines were quite average...). We would have liked to see more local wines by the glass. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant time. Thank you again.

New Year's Eve last night at Café Brochier...✨️ A real treat, it was magical! Enchanting from beginning to end!! In the kitchen, Thomas elevates magnificent local produce with talent and inventiveness; it's refined and exquisite, surprising and seductive... In the dining room, Valentine delights us in advance by "describing" the dishes and wines; we savor the experience even before tasting them. I could listen to her for hours... We leave happy, having had an extraordinary experience. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful moment!! 🙏🤩

An enchanting New Year's Eve to end 2025 in style. The tasting menu was remarkably refined and inventive. From the aperitif to the dessert, everything was perfect. The combinations of local products with spices from afar, and the homemade preparations such as flavored vinegars and oils, added an inimitable personal touch. This was our second time visiting this little corner of paradise, and this time we booked room 8. Everything was perfect: the friendliness, the delicious food, the surprising wines... I really want to make it a ritual and come back every year.

The lunch menu is truly excellent. There's also a great selection of wines by the glass. And be sure to save room for dessert… because they're delicious. An excellent bistronomic restaurant in the Vercors!
