Nice little bar/restaurant by the water, really friendly. The owners and servers are lovely; it's a pleasure to spend time with them. In short, a great little spot for a drink and a bite to eat.

A very nicely cooked lunch and friendly service. We had a fresh tasty omelette and beautifully tender chicken in mushroom sauce. Lovely spot over the river, sunny warm weather in late September.

29/11/2025: We ate four times at this restaurant, which offers one of the most beautiful views and perhaps the best food in Cape Town. The service is excellent; kudos to the entire front-of-house and kitchen staff, despite the crowds. Special mention goes to the sea bass, the ribeye steak, and the Caesar salad—absolutely delicious.
23/11/2025: My favorite place to go when I want to escape the vineyards. Off we go to L'horizon in Agde! A view to die for no matter what the weather is. Great professional staff. Their breakfast is great, although I would love a savoury version: bread, butter, ham, cheese and a boiled or fried egg... But this a side, it's just a perfect place to enjoy a morning at the seaside.
