We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The servers were friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. The restaurant is peaceful, with a lovely garden where we enjoyed lunch. Well done!

I've been coming to Pauline's for years to drink hot chocolate, and it's my favorite café in Aix. The setting is exceptional, the servers are very kind and professional, Pauline's hot chocolate is delicious, and so are the pastries. The restaurant is also very good; I have a meal there with my family every birthday. There's a beautiful garden!

I had afternoon tea and, as usual, I have absolutely no complaints. The service is attentive and meticulous, and the waiters are truly delightful and caring.
The setting is magnificent: you almost feel transported back in time, to the eras of Louis XIV and Louis XV, with its elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
It's definitely my favorite spot in Aix, a place I frequent and always return to with pleasure. I recommend it without hesitation.
