CAFE COUR du MIRACLE sur Vouvant

I ate the best fish and chips here. It's a restaurant that's very well maintained. A wonderful discovery.

Everything was perfect: the smiling and welcoming staff, the generous and delicious dishes, we had a wonderful time!

My sister and I, visited on a whim. The service was warm and friendly, the salads we ordered seemed like the ingredients were prepared fresh on order, my chicken ceaser salad was really tasty and everything worked well together. The atmosphere was a mix of french customers and local English speakers and people spoke to each other and were friendly. Overall it was a lovely and enjoyable experience for us. It was also very reasonably priced 22€ for a large salad and small beer. Victoria looked after us very well, and I feel she is a very kind hearted person.

What a wonderful discovery! We came in just for a coffee, but when we saw the menu, we simply had to stay for dinner. The food and service were very British, which is perfect for us, as we love England so much 😍. We enjoyed homemade fish and chips, a marvelous avocado and salmon tartine, followed by a delicious Irish coffee just like you'd get there. We didn't have room for a homemade cheesecake, but the different flavors looked very tempting. We'll definitely be back in Vouvant just for this coffee.

Second visit and still no regrets. The service is really excellent and the food is absolutely fantastic. For me, it's always the hamburger 🥳

We had a fantastic family lunch during our little trip to Vouvant! The café is so charming and the atmosphere so pleasant; we felt right at home. The food was also excellent. The fish and chips were incredible, and the burgers were amazing. I couldn't resist the cheesecake, which was calling my name even though I was already quite full 😅. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

We visited on December 31st. The staff were welcoming, and despite the late hour (after 3 pm) and the fact that there were six of us, we were served a delicious fish and chips with homemade fries. Thank you! They even have a 100% plant-based hot chocolate made with oat milk.

A truly delightful experience where all the ingredients are there for a wonderful evening! It's pretty, it's delicious, it's hearty, warm, friendly, etc. In the summer, with the courtyard, it must be very pleasant too. A 4 on November 7, 2025
