We loved the place. We ate there both days we were in Laruns. The starters and desserts are highly recommended. The raclette was perhaps a bit heavy and too much of a portion if there are two of you.
An address you absolutely must visit during your stay in Laruns. Tucked away in a corner of the square, L'Estive will delight you with a menu of tempting specialties, each more tempting than the last, all prepared to perfection by their chef. A big thank you to the owner and her charming waitress for this delicious experience!
Had the Raclette which was good but unfortunately the raw milk cheese (cow) was rather bland. Charcuterie was good, bread was fresh, too. Service was not unfriendly, but not welcoming either - didn't help to create a nice atmosphere.
