22/02/2026: A restaurant with a magnificent view and impeccable cleanliness, where we had the pleasure of lunching on the terrace.
My husband and I savored a royal garbure, excellent and particularly generous, as well as a perfectly cooked sirloin steak.
The staff is lovely, attentive, and welcoming.
As lovers of good Béarnaise cuisine, we highly recommend this restaurant.

08/04/2026: They sell excellent goat cheese made right there in the village of Gavas. A great place to stop for a coffee or a meal. We've been buying cheese there for many years. Highly recommended!
01/01/2026: A very warm welcome, the coffee was excellent, and the sheep's cheese was also very good. The dogs are incredibly friendly and let you pet them without any problem. I'm very glad I stopped by.

08/03/2026: Dinner Saturday night with 4 friends: friendly and quick service, more than enough raclette and fondue, a very generous and tasty plate of baby squid, a good wine list, excellent desserts (ganache +++++++) and the owner and waitresses were full of humor and good advice… I highly recommend it, see you soon!
28/02/2026: A bit disappointed.
A raclette for three people with the same quantity as for two, and since we were standing right outside the kitchen, we could see the plates being taken out for other tables. Really disappointing; I wouldn't recommend it for the portion sizes.

07/10/2025: After taking the little train, we sat down at 7 p.m. on the terrace and asked for a drink and crepes. The owner refused, saying that it was time for the evening service and that it was too late. We stopped at the Hermine chalet a little further down where we were very well received and where we were able to eat our crepe and drink with the smile and good humor of the waitress.

09/02/2026: I was quite surprised by the many negative reviews; the welcome was warm and very friendly, the raclette was excellent, and we were even offered a digestif!
