Cafe de la Gare sur Magnac-Laval

We, a group of six, came to discover this excellent restaurant (based on the great Google reviews) on our way to our holiday destination, and everything was truly perfect, thank you so much 🙏. You'll enjoy generous portions of local food and a friendly waitress, even with the lunch rush on a busy Sunday. The prices are very reasonable for the generous portions. Highly recommended.

Just had dinner here with some friend’s. Had the fish and chips and cheesecake for dessert was delicious. A lovely little restaurant the lady who served us was very friendly and helpful. A true gem in the heart of the countryside. The cuisine is authentic, homemade with fresh ingredients, and you can taste the difference. A huge thank you to the young English woman who looked after us: she was lovely, attentive, and brought a touch of freshness to the service. The little extra that made all the difference: the rose offered for Valentine's Day. A thoughtful gesture that truly touched the heart. We will definitely be back. A place worth supporting!

Delicious food in a cozy setting

A different Menu du Jour everytime we go but always super tasty and excellent value. Staff are wonderful, atmosphere is cosy and welcoming inside or out and its just a great place to be.
