Lunch today at Bistrot de la Liberté in Paillet 🍽️ A wonderful discovery in the area, perfect for a delicious break between sightseeing. We had a hamburger 🍔: hearty, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Quality ingredients, top-notch preparation. A warm welcome 😊, pleasant and efficient service. A place where your taste buds will leave completely satisfied. I am a regular customer of your establishment and have always been satisfied until today. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service was particularly slow, which already spoiled the meal. Furthermore, the mussels were far too overcooked, with no juice, very dry, and consisted almost entirely of shells, with very little meat. I mentioned this to the waitress, but when it came time to pay, the establishment offered no apology. It's a real shame because I enjoyed dining at your establishment. The restaurant is very nice and, what's more, recommended by Bison Futé 2025. The food is very good and the setting is lovely. I really liked the humorous chalkboards hanging on the walls all around. You can go there without hesitation.

We were very disappointed with the grilled prawns! Instead, we were served large, dried-out shrimp! The shells were blackened and tasted burnt, and the flesh had the same unpleasant taste. The trout with almonds wasn't much better... the butter barely touched the pan. It's a shame, as we've eaten very well there in the past.
