The oysters are excellent, as are the grilled sardines and the French-style fish and chips. Informal restaurant, fast and friendly service in a small, quiet square. Beautiful place!

Best croque monsieur in the world! Authentic service Friendly atmosphere

Looking for oysters, we left another place because “the fishmonger was closed” and came here just around the corner in the backstreets of Vannes. Easy parking! Very small but busy. Excellent English and very gluten free-friendly. The best oysters we had on our trip. Delicate, briny but meatier. Very creative menu, beautifully executed. I had their take on Kig ha Farz, a Breton dish of hearty stew and gf buckwheat stuffing. Cod dish with spuds & cabbage was delicious too. Lovely, enthusiastically friendly staff at this delicious locally flavoured bistro off the beaten track. Go!
