Cafe de La Poste sur Naves-Parmelan

A beautiful place with a decor that transports you back in time. The welcome was very warm and the menus excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Everything is made with high-quality ingredients. I thank my daughter's partner for inviting us and introducing us to this place. I highly recommend it.

A most welcoming reception from a smiling team on a quiet, idyllic terrace with pleasant music. A small menu of original, exquisite dishes with expertly paired flavors. A selection of carefully chosen wines. The tableware is also very original. The origin of all the ingredients is clearly indicated. A restaurant to discover without delay...!!! A very pleasant and stylish restaurant. The food is very good – a short menu with two sharing platters. The teriyaki octopus was a touch too salty. The panisses appetizer were light and airy, meltingly tender and piping hot, just as they should be. Dessert was a little less impressive than the rest. The cheese plate could have used a little something extra to make it perfect, such as a small salad of sprouts or a fruit paste/aromatic oil... a small petit four or shortbread cookie would also be a nice addition to accompany the excellent coffee from the roaster in Villaz. The service was unpretentious and friendly.

A fantastic place, with original decor and a lovely atmosphere. And the food was as beautiful to look at as it was delicious! Truly a superb restaurant where you receive a warm welcome and the quality-price ratio is excellent. Just one small drawback: a group was being noisy and broadcasting their lives, which slightly spoiled the ambiance. This wasn't the restaurant's fault, but rather a lack of consideration. In short, a great place, thank you!

Once again, we were extremely satisfied on our second visit. The food was delicious, with interesting flavor combinations and a wonderful freshness. Special mention goes to the tomato and fig leaf tarte tatin... the icing on the cake was the lovely terrace... thank you!

The menu is very limited, the food is good, but nothing more in terms of creativity. The place deserves to be decorated and enhanced, especially the terrace and its surroundings, which are rather basic. There could also be some flowers on the table, for example, a tablecloth... all these little details that contribute to the welcome and the atmosphere of the place should receive more attention in our opinion.
