Had a fantastic lunch, highly recommended.

Excellent service, delicious and well-balanced cuisine. I don't understand the negative reviews about this brasserie. I will gladly return. We tried the oysters, the roasted Saint-Marcellin cheese, the crab, and the profiteroles. Everything is homemade and perfectly executed.

This place is completely underrated. It's a shame about these reviews. We've been here twice. The oysters and snails are absolutely fresh and VERY delicious. I saw the dishes on the neighboring tables and wish I could stay here for a week and try the entire menu. :) Service is 10 out of 10. And read the latest reviews. :)

Had a nice meal in this atmospheric cafe with historical touches. Friendly male waiter. It's a shame that the music stopped at some point, which seemed to be the first signal that we had to leave. When the female waiter then indicated with a "get out of here" gesture that it was almost 3 pm, it became completely clear. A waste of such a beautiful cafe. The food and wine were fine. Not expensive.

A must-visit in Grenoble. Traditional brasserie cuisine, but so good. I recommend the steak tartare.

Amazing experience of French cuisine and culture! Tried walnut and pamesan ravioli, onion soup, frog legs with parsley sauce and the BEST of all walnut tart with walnut ice cream and chantilly; everything was delicious. Highly recommended!

As a couple, we wanted to share a quality meal in this historic establishment with its reputation for excellence. We were familiar with this brasserie, having enjoyed our meals there several times before. Unfortunately, this time the beef fillet wasn't very tender, and the fries smelled like they'd been reheated at the last minute before being served. They were bland and dry. As for the pepper sauce, it was too bland, not peppery at all. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes, but this time, I wonder if the gratin dauphinois was even freshly made; it was too dry, lacking creaminess and a pleasant, creamy flavor. And what can I say about the frog legs coated in a rather uninspired flour batter? What a shame! Next time, I hope the chef will be more inspired!
