Café de la Tour sur Lavoute-Chilhac

We had a quick lunch of delicious paninis there. The setting was pleasant on a shaded terrace overlooking the Allier River, the service was friendly, and the prices were quite reasonable. We'll gladly come back.

I can't comment on the food as we only had breakfast there! But I can talk about a very pretty place: sublime at 8:30 am in the summer, and a super friendly welcome 🤗

A very pleasant moment this morning, arriving in the village by bike. The owner is really very friendly.

As two older English cyclists we really enjoyed our coffee / hot chocolate stop. The waiter very friendly, respectful and helpful. He had excellent English and even helped with my French ! 😀 Thank you !

A little café well worth a visit in a village listed among the most beautiful villages in France. Christophe and Nadège will welcome you with a smile, kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
