Cafe de la Tourelle sur Paris

Have visited this place several times earlier, but this time (March '24) the food was a sheer disappointment. Starter lack of taste. Main cause meat was overcooked and though.

Really enjoyable modest little restaurant serving a limited menu of traditional French food. We were there on a Wednesday for lunch and there were only a few tables full, obviously people from the neighborhood. Grillade de porc was excellent, so was the potage. Service was very friendly and decor has clearly been in place for quite a long time. Bathroom switch is near the ceiling lol. This place is why I value serendipity in France. So different from anything in the US and really good food for a reasonable amount of money.

Friendly place with a very warm welcome. The food is homemade and everything is very good. Great value for money.

In a retro style it feels like home Short menu but very good Traditional homemade cuisine (even the lemon tart) I recommend

Excellente cuisine traditionelle Française. Très bon tartare avec frites. Extrêmement gentil acceuil.

Very delicious and a relaxing atmosphere. The Food was perfect and fast. I would defenitly recomend it.

Saint-Michel est un lieu très touristique et il est difficile de trouver un bon restaurant. L'accueil est correct. En revanche la nourriture n'est vraiment pas fameuse. Pas de saveur, le riz est fade, le poulet pas terrible et l'entrée au fromage de chèvre n'est vraiment pas terrible. Il n'y avait plus de chocolat chaud (les desserts ne me donnaient vraiment pas envie).
