Belle découverte. Restaurant de produits locaux du Sud ouest avec une terrasse cosy avec climatisation. J'ai d'abord mangé une salade césar nickel avec des vrais blanc de poulets pané. En plat j'ai adoré ma tentacule de poulpe façon basquaise, bien cuite. En dessert le top du top une île flottante de compétition un vrai nuage de bonheur. Service efficace poli courtois dynamique. Prix raisonnable 44 euros. Pain baguette de qualité. Le petit plus les couteaux lagiole.

Very pleasant brasserie with an air-conditioned terrace. Beautiful varied menu. I particularly liked the dynamic and polite service. Beautiful cooking. A real Caesar salad with breaded chicken breasts. As a main course I loved my octopus tentacle. For dessert, a floating island, a sweet treat on the palate. Excellent baguette bread. Reasonable price 44 euros. The little extra is the quality of Lagiole knives.

We arrived at L'Espérance without speaking French, thinking it could be a problem, but everyone was very friendly and we were able to make ourselves understood without difficulty thanks to the fact that we speak English. **Atmosphere:** We ate outside on the terrace since the day was super nice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and we really enjoyed the surroundings while we ate. **Tickets:** We ordered a salad with burrata which was amazing. Time will pass and I will continue to remember her. It had a great selection of different tomatoes on a bed of other types of preserves, which complemented the burrata perfectly. **Main courses:** The risotto we ordered was very good. However, I missed typical French gastronomy dishes such as ratatouille, quiche Lorraine or crepes. Although they had a steak tartare on the menu, I didn't dare to try it. I decided to order a burger influenced by the reviews I read on Google. Although in my head I thought that ordering a hamburger in France made little sense, I was pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were well taken care of, the meat was perfect and the bread was delicious. **Drinks:** To drink, we ordered a glass of local wine which was very good. We also ordered a virgin mojito which, although good, was the weakest overall. In short, everything was delicious. I recommend L'Espérance for its excellent food, friendly service and the wonderful option of eating on the terrace in one day

The setting is nice and easy to access, we ate very well; the meats are good and the cooking is impeccable! However, the service was approximate, and we found the prices a little high for the aperitif and desserts.

Excellent restaurant! Several of us went there and we were very well received. Table service is fast and efficient, and the staff will be able to advise you if necessary. The food is excellent and in my opinion excellent value for money. The food is well prepared and we feel that it is home cooking. I recommend this place!
