Cafe de Vendome sur Paris

What an incredible location made only more superb from their excellent and professional staff. Yassine was by far the most exceptional of them all. He rose to every challenge and questions we had especially when it came to finding excellent restaurants that could meet my dietary restrictions. We walked everywhere from here. Ideal for runners look for amazing routes or sight seeing and shopping vendome is a special place and we highly recommend it!

Great location for walking- shopping eating! Not in the center of touristy places but enough to do. Nice size rooms and great customer service

We booked a family suite for our stay in August. Before we arrived the concierge was amazing! They arranged private transfers and made all our lunch and dinner reservations throughout the city! Honestly they were fantastic! When we arrived we noticed our room was warm. We figured we would turn the ac on and go to dinner. When we got back it was still VERY warm. We called the front desk and they said someone would come look at it. No one came. We called again. To make a long story short they could never fix our a/c. They set up fans - which did little to nothing. We asked to move rooms and speak to a manager. Nothing. We went down to the lobby multiple times to see if an actual repair man could come fix the a/c. Nothing. Paris in the middle of summer is HOT. It was pretty miserable at night u til about 3 am when it finally cooled down (with the windows open - hearing all the traffic and people coming and going) I would expect more from a 5 star hotel. And a Marriott.

Very nice centrally located hotel. Walking distance from a lot of tourist sites, shopping and restaurants. I was helped by Shaima, she was a gem. I worked really long hours (USA time) and she really helped me get situated. Extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I will be back the next time I’m in Paris!

A superb address with a great restaurant, ideal place to visit Paris

Our stay here was nice, everyone was kind and friendly. Ronma at the front desk was nice to us and helped me with my concerns with my reservations at the Eiffel Tower! You can go to her for help! 🙏😁

We spent a few nights there, two rooms, the overall impression is 3* .The location is great , walking distance to the louver and other attractions. The rooms as others wrote before are very small , not big enough to open your suitcase on the floor. The bed is terrible, it's looks like a queen bed , but you have to be careful...if you sit on the side of the mattress you feel like you are going to slide to the floor, and if you are lying down, you feel that it's a two separate mattress and you fall in the middle... The restaurant when you eat breakfast is very nice the staff there and in reception are very friendly. The service in the room especially the cleaning services is so bad that I had one day to call the reception and the day after to get down and speak to the receptionist, but it's didn't help and nothing changed. They put one small soap in the bathroom for 3 people and didn't change or add during our stay for 4 nights. They are not adding or replacing any of the cleanser sets , they just leave the open ones the whole stay. So for me it's not a 5* hotel, ( I guess they got it for the gym and pool ) but not for the room service. It's more of a 3* hotel.

Rooms are small and a bit simple , they have very good facilities (swimming pool, sauna) though and good restaurant and breakfast

Absolutely amazing hotel. You walk in and are greeted like an old friend. Rooms are cozy but perfect. And the location…NOTHING beats the location. Best hotel in Paris
