Café des Arts sur Mornac-Sur-Seudre

During a stroll, we stumbled into this restaurant quite by chance. At first glance, we found the owner very reserved and not very friendly, but we ordered two beers and two salads. While we waited, I checked the reviews... It was a disaster! I only read negative ones 🤔. Oh well, we'll see... The salads arrived, and what a surprise! They were beautiful, generously filled, and delicious! And then I thought to myself that people can be really difficult, even unkind, because okay, the owner might be a bit gruff, but small talk and smiles don't fill stomachs, whereas generous portions do! What's more, we were greeted with "hello, thank you, goodbye, have a nice day." If we're ever in the area again, we'll gladly go back to this restaurant.
