Welcome and service in the pure tradition of old breweries. And what's more, open until midnight. But the kitchen is not up to par. It's a shame, a more qualitative approach could be a good address.

Rather dry staff.
We ordered the Tariquet Premiere Grives white wine and it is like a semisweet, without bubbles, but sweet.
Also the Lafont Menaut red, hot, but this is something we have been seeing since we arrived, they have the red outside, not in chambers (like in Spain), for my taste.....hot

Very nice cafe with very friendly waiters. A variety of menus or a small café on the terrace to pass the time and watch the local wildlife pass by...
Bordeaux is no longer what it used to be! In any case, here at the Café des Arts the welcome is impeccable and you will always come back with pleasure. Good meal also for a very affordable price.
Above all, a pleasant place not to be missed.

The cafe on the terrace was ok, but nothing special. The quality of the coffee was pretty decent and the service was good. The view was pleasant, but the atmosphere lacked charm and friendliness.

A charming cafeteria where you can stop for breakfast or have a coffee during the day.
I went two days to have coffee for breakfast and there was one thing I didn't like, the first day I paid 2 euros for the long solo and the next day I paid 2.50.
They were full of people and I didn't want to "mess it up" since I wasn't going to know how to explain myself in French and the waiter didn't speak English.

A real institution in Bordeaux, ideally located at the corner of Cours Victor Hugo and Rue Sainte Catherine. You can eat there for lunch and dinner and the rest of the time have a drink. For dishes, there are traditional brasserie dishes.
