Cafe des Bains sur Saint-Georges-De-Didonne

Aside from the "special" welcome, the mussels and soufflé potatoes were delicious. The baba and profiteroles were spectacular and generous. We'll be back.

We had a great time in this restaurant where the welcome was very warm and the service impeccable and fast, with the added bonus of a very beautiful view of the ocean, very good value for money

The burger seems to be prepared in advance and reheated afterward (bread dry around the edges, meat dry as well). The atmosphere and decor are very nice.

I went there twice in the same weekend, twice, twice, twice, twice, twice, twice... nothing to say about the food. It was very good the first time, the oysters, mussels, and the soufflé potatoes were excellent. However, there was a slight downside to the atmosphere in the dining room: the owner is quite haughty, especially towards his servers, even in front of customers. This kind of attitude creates a slight discomfort, especially in such a pleasant setting. His "indoor sunglasses" look adds a slightly arrogant touch that contrasts with the warm welcome from the rest of the team. So I enthusiastically returned the next day. Unfortunately, the welcome was much less warm this time, which somewhat tarnished the experience. It's a shame, because the place would benefit from being as pleasant to experience as it is to eat.

We were greeted by waiters who were still in training. It wasn't smooth, but they were pleasant. The location is a real plus in this restaurant; unfortunately, the food isn't incredible. The burger and the steak weren't even ordered. The mussels were undercooked and the salad very basic. A woman behind us was smoking, even though it was forbidden, and no waiter pointed it out to her. Perhaps it would be more pleasant just to have a drink.

Another amazing restaurant, the food was delicious. Everything is so fresh and seasoned perfectly. I'm adding this to another one if my favorites.

Very pleasant setting but I only moderately appreciated the lack of service on the terrace as well as the lack of friendliness of the person taking orders at the bar...a shame

Pleasant place Not many people yet, but close to the beach, so it's definitely working. 2 euros for a coffee... A bit pricey.

Great place, nothing to say except the external service, it's better to pay more to have good damage service, ex-professional retired for 4 months but I highly recommend, will come back with pleasure
