23/07/2026: I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment! The premises are always spotless, with staff constantly cleaning. Overall, you feel well received in a pleasant setting.

20/07/2026: We came as a family, with our two granddaughters, hoping to spend a lovely evening. We're from the area. The plan was to try the famous mussels and fries, reputed to be the best in the region according to Google reviews, and then enjoy the open-air cinema. Our first disappointment: arriving at 8:20 pm, there were no more mussels... or hamburgers... in the middle of July, it's hard to understand. We decided to stay anyway and choose from the few remaining dishes on a very limited menu. Then, the wait was interminable: nearly 30 minutes before we were asked for our drinks, then another long wait before our order was taken; customers already seated and served gave us pitying looks... After an hour and ten minutes, we saw customers who had arrived well after we had been served almost immediately. The waitress then returned... "So, ladies and gentlemen, have you made your choice?"... Our dishes had simply never been sent to the kitchen! We saw red and decided to leave immediately! The result: a ruined evening, disappointed granddaughters who were very hungry! And an open-air cinema that we missed! No real apology or solution was offered; seeing our anger, the owner offered us free drinks... Based on our experience, the excellent Google reviews absolutely do not reflect what we experienced. A huge disappointment. We will not be returning.

10/07/2026: Simply the best restaurant in St. Georges. We spent a week eating out and ate there four times, which says it all. The service is both professional and incredibly kind. The owners are lovely and welcoming, and the food is truly excellent (mussels, open-faced sandwiches, burgers, roasted Camembert). Thank you to the whole team for these wonderful moments; you made our vacation truly memorable! 🫶

10/07/2026: We came on holiday as a couple, I found it a bit expensive, I've eaten much better, it's a shame otherwise it's a beautiful place but the only downside is that it's not possible for non-smokers.

22/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place if you have a dog! Even a 3kg one. In the sweltering heat, the owner and her cronies refuse to provide a bowl for a dog! The bowl provided is dirty, drooling, sitting in direct sunlight, and empty... I'm not thanking you for the welcome, where the regulars at the bar insult you for good measure... A rinsed bowl for a dog that won't drink from the drooling, smelly bowl provided for all dogs is too much to ask for a local, regular customer. I had lunch there yesterday and I go about ten times a year because I live nearby. I'm not going to congratulate you on your customer loyalty efforts... asking for an extra drink isn't hygienic, according to them, even though all the glassware/dishes should go in the dishwasher (according to the Regional Health Authority), using a product that is, to say the least, "toxic."

17/05/2026: The guy thought we were going to leave without paying, he jumped on us for our money, while the bakery next door called Les Petits Choux is super welcoming. I really don't recommend this restaurant.

24/06/2026: Very welcoming. Delicious crepes. Worth the detour.

13/06/2026: Average welcome, we were refused a "large table" there were 10 of us and were only asking for the next day, so we asked if we could come without warning, and with a certain disdain I must say we were told anyway I don't take large tables thinking it was a joke especially at the beginning of the season we asked for confirmation but no we had heard correctly.
