We stumbled upon this Italian restaurant by chance… and what a happy accident it was! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the ambiance, the warm welcome, and the kindness of the attentive and passionate staff.
On the plate, it's a true journey to Italy. The ingredients are of exceptional quality, perfectly presented, and every bite is a delight. You can immediately taste the authenticity and the care put into each dish. This restaurant truly deserves its 5 stars. We will return with immense pleasure and recommend it without hesitation!

23/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, I highly recommend it! My partner, our 3-year-old daughter, and I ate there. The service was impeccable, with a very nice touch for the children, like using a cup instead of a glass. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are delicious! The cod fritters are to die for! The welcome is perfect, with a very friendly and attentive owner! We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again! Reservations are highly recommended.

14/08/2026: Original shapes and packaging, but the quality is sorely lacking. The chocolates were past their prime and therefore bad (whitened). No flavor whatsoever. A hefty bill for this disappointment. Avoid this place.

05/08/2026: Restaurant with a view, but we were disappointed 10 years ago and again last night. The foie gras carpaccio was melted, tasteless, and of very poor quality.
The marinated salmon was nothing special, and the grilled sea bass was completely mushy and flavorless. Far too expensive for what it was. A tourist trap.
03/08/2026: A very beautiful restaurant by the sea, with a view of the sunset from the dining room... the food is excellent and the service is pleasant.

09/08/2026: The experience was fantastic during the barbecue evening. The service was perfect, with smiling and welcoming staff. The food was delicious and plentiful. The evening was enlivened by a DJ with a great atmosphere; people were dancing, there was good music, and above all, a wonderful atmosphere! And that's exactly what you look for in a campsite restaurant. In short, this restaurant clearly fulfills its purpose and more! The prices are more than reasonable. Thank you!

20/08/2026: The wait was very long for ordering, service, and even payment. I understand that deliveries arrived shortly before the evening service, but still, I would have appreciated being informed beforehand that I would be spending over an hour there, especially since I was eating alone and had other customers expected that evening. Also, I had asked for no onions in the salad, but there were loads. It's a shame, because otherwise, the value for money is good.
18/08/2026: Back for the second year, still as good and generous as ever, and the owner's approval is a real pleasure.
I recommend it even more. Don't hesitate.

08/08/2026: It was very good, the service was quick, but actually too quick, and that's the only downside: we'd barely started our aperitifs when the main courses arrived, and the table was cleared even though one of the people hadn't finished their meal. It was very impolite and a real shame; it completely ruined the meal.

The dishes were beautifully presented and generous. Good value for money! The sangria was excellent, and the rosé was nice and chilled!
The waitresses were very friendly and smiling!
Highly recommended!

I ate a chicken fillet instead of mussels.
28/08/2026: We were surprised by the negative reviews of this restaurant. We went there several times during our stay in Saint Georges de Didonne and were very satisfied with both the food and the service. Our 5-year-old son (the little boy with the lollipop, a fan of grenadine and chocolate ice cream 😉) loved it.

21/08/2026: The bar service was nonexistent; you had to order and pick up your order at the counter—unbelievable for a café! On top of that, we received a deplorable welcome. First, they told us we were talking, and I quote, "nonsense" when we placed our order. Then, they practically kicked us out of the dining area and forced us to move outside, even though we were already seated. They claimed they needed to set the tables and only had 30 minutes left (it was 6 pm, and according to them, the first reservations were for 7 pm). I should point out that we were the only ones asked to leave our seats, even though other customers were also seated inside. We didn't get anywhere with the waitress; she didn't question the situation at all. We ended up being yelled at by her supervisor, who literally slammed the door in our faces. Appalling, they should change careers!!! Absolutely avoid this place!!!
21/08/2026: The beautiful setting is what saves the experience.
The service was bland, and the toilets were appallingly dirty. The 300g ribeye steak was questionable... but very fatty. The mussels had some unpleasant surprises.
In short, a mixed experience. Perhaps I just caught them on a bad night.

27/12/2023: Ayant prit une table pour 3, l’endroit est plutôt normal, en revanche au niveau des lampes se trouve un amas de poussière qui tombe dans l’assiette.
J’ai pris un cocktail sex on the beach contenant de la vodka et du sirop, j’ai eu l’impression de boire de l’eau.
En plat, le streak tartare soit disant au couteau, n’est qu’un banal steak haché. Le cheese burger est plutôt correct en revanche très peu de frites.
Peu copieux.
Pour les desserts, nous avons prit un Irish coffee, une coupe américaine, et un brownie avec une glace à la vanille : quasiment rien à dire, mis à part le Irish coffee qui n’est que de la chantilly et très peu de café et de whisky.
27/12/2023: Merci beaucoup à ce restaurant et à notre serveur Corentin pour leur accueil et pour avoir accepté que nous venions avec notre petit chiot. Corentin a été très agréable, serviable et nous lui souhaitons une bonne continuation !
