Café des Fleurs sur Pont-Saint-Esprit

This was a wonderful visit, not planned, as we were on a coachtrip direction home with packed lunch in hand. Followed internet restaurants open after our visit of the town. Pleasant surprise...even though we were earlier than normal restaurant eating hour's, we explained we were on a coachtrip with set departure times, we were met by Elaine who looked after our individual demandes rapidly & we really felt at home. I can strongly recommend this restaurant as a must if you are in this town!

Lovely friendly lady running the place today. Unfortunately, the chef was ill but she quite happily suggested I go to the bakery next door buy something and come back to eat it in the cool cafe. Obviously, I bought a couple of drinks.

Enjoy local, natural products prepared fresh to order with complete confidence. A treat for the taste buds and a testament to culinary expertise. A warm welcome, an enticing menu, and very reasonable prices. There may be a slight wait as the dishes are prepared in quick succession, but you can be sure you're eating fresh food.

Fantastic restaurant, we had a wonderful evening! The restaurant is run by two passionate people and everything is homemade – a real treat! Highly recommended!

We shared some appetizers, and they were all very good. The burger is of remarkable quality and will win over even the most skeptical burger eaters – go for it!
