11/03/2024: Both the bosses and the employees are always smiling and in a good mood! A contagious good mood! They know their customers and their habits, their dishes are excellent, good value for money, and entertainment is organized there. A great place, I highly recommend them. Stay as you are !

03/04/2024: Top service, I was by bike there was a garage so perfect. The staff was super pleasant and helpful. Well the point of progress for me would be to put in a small kettle and something to make tea/coffee. My room was clean.

10/10/2023: We came here for a drink after a wedding in the local church on 7th October to try and see some of the town and support Local business. We speak a little French and tried to engage with the waiter but required a little assistance from a friendly customer. We were then harassed for the entire time we were at the bar by a very drunk woman in bare feet who kept asking us questions we could not understand and she became increasingly frustrated with us. She then found an equally drunk man who proceeded to swear at us and tell us to leave town. We paid our bill and went to our car where we were aggressively followed along the street and repeatedly told to leave town. The man proceeded to film us on his phone until we had left. A few customers were very apologetic for the behaviour of these two individuals who seemed to be well known to the bar staff (and I imagine spend most of their days in a sad drunken stupor in this bar). I was shocked at the whole event and that there was no attempt by the bar staff to intervene in what can only be called Xenophobic harassment. Whilst the majority of people we encountered in the region were friendly and patient with us, it is a shame that there are a few individuals who hold bigoted views and actively discourage tourism (something that this town would definitely benefit from given the crumbling buildings and strong smell of sewerage everywhere). I would actively discourage any foreign person from going to this bar as we feared for our safety.

25/07/2023: Nathalie exceptional service, attentive, she sees everything in advance no need to speak she loves her job, the cooking is simple good and above all it's fresh ask for Gérard afterwards it's a good one..the 2 are at your disposal layout 🙏👌👌👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
