Café des Halles sur Lannion

We booked a table for lunch and were eager to discover the new life of this restaurant... it's simply PERFECT! Everything is impeccable: the redesign, the color scheme, the lampshades (go check them out!), the beautiful terrace... And in the kitchen, OH MY GOD... perfect cooking (fish of the day, and I'm a former fisherman), bold and delicate flavors, combinations that explode in your mouth (and not because of chili peppers). It's a truly wonderful place that's easily in my top 10! Local Philosophy on tap, fresh, seasonal produce, a small menu but everything is excellent. The perfect recipe, basically :D The owners and the waitress are lovely and efficient, and the location opposite the market is perfect for sketching ;)

We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday, the meal was delicious and the service was excellent! The table had been decorated for the occasion, a lovely touch!

A wonderful discovery this evening, made completely by chance, and definitely a place we'll gladly return to! A small restaurant where you feel right at home with a very warm welcome. The menu is small, which means the quality is high, and it shows in the food: everything is homemade, even the desserts, which is becoming rare and worth mentioning 👏 We had the mussels and they were delicious, with flavorful sauces. The wine was also excellent. Nothing but good, homemade food – exactly what we look for when we go to a restaurant 😊

A very good, simple restaurant. The marinated beef and chicken skewers are excellent; the meat is fresh, the fries are homemade, and there's a proper salad. The crème brûlée is good. The owner is very welcoming. I recommend it.

Great restaurant, the food is excellent.

I was very disappointed in July 2025, but I returned for Easter due to a change of ownership. The decor was lovely and the restaurant was clean. The menu was limited, but that's understandable given the homemade cuisine and the excellent quality of the fresh ingredients, along with the pleasant and attentive staff. I recommend this restaurant. Congratulations and thank you for a lovely experience.
