Amazing food, local and like nonna’s food, but French version. Very fair prices, cheap for French standards. Friendly service. Couldn’t take the pic of the dish bc it was too delicious.

The closest to American diner heaven you can find in France 😍 — A real locals’ hangout, great lunch specials, hard-working and friendly staff, reasonably priced and not pretentious at all. This small restaurant nestled in the historic center of Aix-en-Provence offers a truly authentic and warm welcome. The menu features a small selection of comforting, typically French flavors. Each dish is carefully presented and prepared with love. The owner clearly enhances the experience with his sense of humor and helpful advice on the menu and wine selection. I wholeheartedly recommend this little gem and will gladly return!
