This hotel is nicer than the one by Eiffel Tower, but there isn't anything interesting closely except maybe a market alley

One-night stay at this hotel. Quick check-in with a particularly friendly young woman who offered us an upgrade to a junior suite so we could have a quieter room and efficiently explained how the hotel and its facilities worked. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet with large bay windows. The staff is courteous and helpful. The location is perfect: close to Gare de Lyon train station, Bercy Village, and metro line 14. We booked a time slot for the spa (9-10 pm) during the hours reserved for adults and were unpleasantly surprised to find children with a ball, screaming and jumping in the pool. Their parents were clearly aware that they were outside of the family hours but claimed they had received permission from reception... It was quite difficult to relax under these conditions. It's a shame because the place is rather pleasant. The breakfast was less impressive than in other hotels in the same group but still offered a good variety. This will not prevent us from returning, but I think a few small improvements are needed.

It was very nice to stay there overall. However, the sauna area was not as relaxing as expected because the swimming pool is often used by families with children, making the environment quite noisy and chaotic rather than peaceful. Another issue was the room cleaning service. On one day, I decided to stay in the room until later in the morning, but housekeeping did not arrive until around 3:00 PM. As a result, I felt I couldn't leave the room for long because I was waiting for it to be cleaned. I understand that this is a very large property and managing housekeeping can be challenging, but it may be inconvenient for guests who do not leave their rooms early in the day.
