Cafe du Rivage sur Givet

15/07/2024: We had a hotel nearby and all the restaurants were full in the center of Givet. I had noticed this restaurant before via Google and called at random. They only had room outside on the terrace for 10 people. They called me back twice to arrange everything. We could come immediately and could only choose pasta or pizza due to last minute reservations and crowds. That was perfect for us. We were 4 hungry children so everything was good. We were there within 5 minutes and the table was already set. We had a really delicious meal. The pizzas were very good and nice and crispy. You could taste that they make everything fresh. The pastas were very good and rich. Everything nice and neat and served quickly despite the crowds. We sat outside in the sun so that was fortunate. Very friendly staff. Very good food. And the prices are normal. It is certainly not expensive for what you get. I can't say much about the atmosphere inside, we sat outside. But when I had to go to the toilet, the restaurant inside looked nice. Completely full of local people (I think) so that's always a good sign. This restaurant is highly recommended in my opinion.
