I'm not a vegetarian, but I have to admit that this restaurant knows how to perfectly balance flavors, whether it's the main courses or the desserts. Yet I went there reluctantly, at my wife's insistence. It's just often difficult to find a table, even though the very friendly staff does everything they can.

The food is still excellent, with one small exception: the potatoes were clearly leftover and therefore frankly not very good. A shame for the price, but the waitstaff were understanding and replaced them. The service was, as always, impeccable. The dining room isn't noisy, but the air freshener is too strong.

A fantastic concept, unique in Aix-en-Provence. A constantly evolving culinary offering and a consistently excellent team. I'm never disappointed 😍😍😍 I highly recommend it.

For our last lunch in Aix-en-Provence, we went to Place des Tanneurs, where my wife and I were immediately drawn to the menu at Café du Temps. This place is completely authentic, the vegan cuisine is exquisite, surprising and offers exceptional value for money. Be warned, the dining room is small, so only the luckiest will be able to sample these dishes.

On the charming Place des Tanneurs, a really lovely little vegetarian restaurant. The service was exceptionally friendly. We'll definitely be back!

08/02/2026: My father and I had lunch there two weeks ago, and it was a delightful and unforgettable experience. Tucked away on a small, slightly hidden street, you'll find this superb restaurant, which definitely deserves its place in the Petit Futé guide! The restaurant's decor is very cozy, with a distinctly French feel. As for the food, it's just like the decor: a real treat. I had my beef tartare, which was perfectly seasoned. And the dessert? The crumble, still warm, was worthy of a grandmother's recipe. In short, a must-try; it was an honor to dine there. I'll definitely be back!
