Café du Temps sur Aix-En-Provence

A very pleasant time at Café du Temps. The location is ideal, the food is delicious, and the welcome is warm. Thank you, Christophe, for this great atmosphere.

Christophe gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. We came back several times during our weekend. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the value for money is outstanding. Absolutely no complaints. And once again, a special mention to Christophe, who is simply fantastic! 😊

We came here after seeing great reviews and we were not let down. The service we experienced for lunch today was warm and welcoming. The server took the time to make sure we understood every ingredient on their menu (for us English speakers). And the food was phenomenal. Clearly fresh, in season, and satisfying dishes. Highly recommended.

A little vegetarian/vegan gem in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. A few tables nestled on a charming square, offering both sun and shade (and a few indoor options too). All three dishes looked tempting, but we had to choose 😅: an incredibly delicious burger and a truly amazing mezze. Flavors, textures, spices, and colors—all at a reasonable price considering the love put into every dish 🥰😍🤩. The service was top-notch: friendly and efficient! We highly recommend it for food lovers. And to top it off, a light and refreshing local beer from Aix-en-Provence is perfect for a sunny lunch with friends, as a couple, or even on your own 😉.

This café is absolutely unsuitable for children. Our three-year-old whined a little (which wasn't a problem), and we were immediately criticized for the noise. They expected him to behave like an adult and follow the rules. It's ageism. We left after 15 minutes. The coffee itself was okay.

A burger bursting with flavor! A great find! I recommend it!

The welcome was pleasant, but the atmosphere was very noisy; it was difficult to hear each other, as everyone was far too close together. We heard everything about our table neighbors' lives…it wasn't very relaxing. Our dishes were tasty, although the combination of blueberries and Reblochon cheese was a bit of a letdown! The desserts were good, but not very generous, which was a shame.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I have to admit that this restaurant knows how to perfectly balance flavors, whether it's the main courses or the desserts. Yet I went there reluctantly, at my wife's insistence. It's just often difficult to find a table, even though the very friendly staff does everything they can.
