A wonderfully organized birthday celebration for 30 guests, who discovered a friendly and welcoming venue, delicious flammekueche, and much-appreciated local products (ice cream, wine, and fruit juice). The service was provided by two delightful and charming people. Thank you to the flammekueche chef for the logistics and thank you to the chef of La Flamm for her availability, setting up the room, and her excellent advice. We ordered 5 flammekueche tonight and they were excellent 😁😁 The Périgord-style one 😍 If you want the crust to be perfect, you have to eat in, otherwise it gets a little soggy. It makes sense, it's like pizza :) Looking forward to coming back

A large group of us went here after my goddaughter's baptism. The service was excellent, as was the food and wine. Nothing beats traditional Lorraine tarte flambee and some Moselle Pinot Noir. The proprietor was an excellent and welcoming host. Highly recommend!
