Hello, We came to try the flammekueches at your establishment based on the positive reviews. My comment is not intended to criticize the establishment, but simply to share our experience as objectively as possible. To begin, regarding the service, I have no complaints: the staff is very friendly and the setting is truly pleasant. We also appreciated the small side salad. As for the flammekueches, they were decent, but in our opinion, they lacked a few elements that would really make a difference and encourage us to return. Firstly, the cooking could perhaps be a little more precise. At times, the flammekueches were either much overcooked or undercooked. Several of us were there, and we all had the same feeling: something was missing. Perhaps a little more salt in the dough, but above all, we noticed that there was mostly cream around the edges of the flammekueche. This seemed quite surprising to us, as there was very little, if any, cream in the center. Perhaps this is also what gave us the impression of something missing. This opinion is simply our personal observation. The flammekueches are still decent, and I hope you will take this feedback into account to find a better balance. Best of luck to you, and we look forward to coming back to try it again in a while to see if it suits us better. I'm still giving it 5 stars to support small rural businesses.

A wonderfully organized birthday celebration for 30 guests, who discovered a friendly and welcoming venue, delicious flammekueche, and much-appreciated local products (ice cream, wine, and fruit juice). The service was provided by two delightful and charming people. Thank you to the flammekueche chef for the logistics and thank you to the chef of La Flamm for her availability, setting up the room, and her excellent advice. Attending a birthday party for a very good friend with my wife, we were delighted with our afternoon there. A warm welcome, attentive staff, authentic homemade cuisine – a truly charming place. It fully deserves the five stars we awarded! Go with confidence, but above all, book in advance, as its popularity means it gets very busy...

We ordered 5 flammekueche tonight and they were excellent 😁😁 The Périgord-style one 😍 If you want the crust to be perfect, you have to eat in, otherwise it gets a little soggy. It makes sense, it's like pizza :) Looking forward to coming back

A large group of us went here after my goddaughter's baptism. The service was excellent, as was the food and wine. Nothing beats traditional Lorraine tarte flambee and some Moselle Pinot Noir. The proprietor was an excellent and welcoming host. Highly recommend!
