The menu offers excellent value for money. The dishes are superb, generous, and beautifully presented—a feast for the eyes and the palate. The staff are friendly and attentive. The terrace is lovely, and its decor, as well as the interior, is very well done.

The cooking is excellent, but the service is very limited. They prefer to chat rather than actually interact with the customers.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Haaïtza. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the unique and welcoming atmosphere of the Arcachon Basin that we love so much. The experience was enhanced by simply incredible service. A huge congratulations to Vassili, a true maestro of the restaurant, with an impressive maturity for his young age. He envelops us with a reassuring, attentive, and passionate presence. His presentation of the dishes, poetic and perfectly executed, immediately makes your mouth water. On the plate, it's flawless, with a very special mention for the salmon tartare: a pure marvel that richly deserves a permanent place on the menu! Excellent value for money for such high-quality food and service. Thank you to the entire team!

Unrelated note: I've heavily cut my head on the entrance: the umbrella's joint is quite sharp, there can be a better solution. We had only a dessert - Paris Pyla is great and suits for 3 people. Coffee is good.

Cafe Haitza near Dune du Pilat is a stylish relaxing spot with a chic terrace and laid back vibe. The service is attentive and it is a great place to unwind after exploring the dunes and enjoying the coast.

We had a lovely dinner on the terrace. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, the service friendly and quite quick for us that evening. The dishes were good and generous, but the prices were simply too high for the quality of the cuisine and the location, which lacked a view of the bay.
