08/10/2026: ★★★★★ A wonderful evening at Septime and a dining experience well worth having while in Paris. The food was beautifully prepared, thoughtful, and consistently delicious throughout the meal. The wine selection was excellent, with plenty of interesting choices to complement the menu. The staff were genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere despite the restaurant’s reputation and popularity. We also came to appreciate why reservations are so difficult to secure. With just one dinner seating each evening, the experience feels unhurried and allows you to really enjoy the meal. A lovely restaurant that delivers on its reputation. We’re very glad we had the opportunity to dine here and would happily return.

06/10/2026: Septime is one of those restaurants that manages to be refined without being overly formal; this year, it was ranked among the top ten restaurants in the world. The cuisine is very clean and focused on the product, with simple yet carefully crafted dishes, where seasonality and the quality of the ingredients are clearly at the forefront. I especially appreciated the way the ingredients are handled: few elements on the plate, interesting combinations, and clearly recognizable flavors, without unnecessarily complicated preparations. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try a more modern, seasonal, and delicate cuisine.
