Amazing place and super delicious!!! Go there, you won't be disappointed!!! It was already fantastic last year and it hasn't changed 👍👍👍 It's 2026 and we're back, pure bliss, nothing has changed and it's still just as good, great atmosphere and very pleasant servers.

Very nice little place with a terrace on the village square. Very friendly service. Delicious Fish and Chips. Reasonable prices. Saint Andre les Alpes is a small, characteristic, rustic village. 2-3 streets with a few shops, hairdressers, and various eateries. Small church open for pre-visits.

The food was good, no complaints there. But the service... It was as if the waiter would have preferred to be down in the mine pushing mine carts than taking care of us, but he didn't hesitate to make unpleasant remarks about our dogs.

We stopped by chance and had a fantastic meal! The portions were very generous and the food was high quality—both the burgers and the salads—everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful time.

13/06/2026: Excellent restaurant in this lovely village. Wide selection of quality meats. Pleasant terrace. Professional staff.
12/06/2026: We discovered L'Ardoise several years ago by chance. We return every year, and several times if we can. A very nice and varied menu, out of the ordinary, with some dishes featuring Asian influences (the spring roll is excellent), and a good selection for meat lovers as well. The prices are quite reasonable. The service is very welcoming and friendly. In short, a great find, I highly recommend it.
