Cafe le Girou sur Giroussens

A pleasant surprise at this lovely bar, whose terrace overlooks the Tarn River. A simple brasserie menu, but with generous dishes and high-quality ingredients. The ham hock easily rivals Grandma's! The croque monsieur is very generous. The salad dressing defies commercial sauces with its homemade flavor. The portion of homemade fries is also generous. My only regret was not having time to try the churros offered for dessert, but no matter, we'll take more time to enjoy everything on our next visit! Warm welcome and fast service.
