Pleasant terrace overlooking the port. High price: €10.20 for two beers. It would be helpful to offer customers a drinks menu with prices.

This café offers a great view of the square, the boats, and the people passing by, all under cover. The prices are fair, which is always a plus. It's very popular; let's just say almost everyone chooses to sit in this fairly spacious space.

Restaurant Hotel de la Marne

06/02/2026: A very warm welcome and a perfect location, just a 3 or 4 minute walk from the narrow streets of the town center and the port: simply follow the pretty little stream. The breakfast buffet was very nice, and there's also a good restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't have the chance to try it.
27/01/2026: The staff were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable and quiet, with a good bed. It's very well located, a 5-minute walk from Lyon Perrache train station and 10 minutes from Place Bellecour. Excellent value for money. This was my third stay, and I would gladly return. Rue de la Charité is very pleasant (shops, restaurants).
