Cafe Lobut sur Villeurbanne

We had a wonderful time in this typical but not overrated Lyonnais bouchon. The waiters were attentive, the food was excellent, and the chef was very friendly. We'll be back next time we're in Lyon. I highly recommend it.

It was just a drink with friends. But the server was super quick and friendly, and the shaded area was very, very pleasant. Not to mention the ice cubes, served without even asking!

Very authentic bouchon Lyonnais. Only locals, the chef is a lovely woman than always goes out to say hello to the customers. Her food is fine and elegant, not too fat or greasy. Typical bouchon's dishes, cold cuts, lentils, cervelas etc. I had the leek tart to start with and then pork with a curry style sauce and a type of hashbrowns. Very affordable prices and great quality
