I highly recommend the authentic bouchon (traditional Lyonnaise dish). The starter was excellent: lentils, head cheese salad, cold tripe remoulade, followed by a tripe with gribiche sauce... absolutely delicious! The cervelle de canut (a creamy cheese spread) was also superb. In short, I'll be back!

Excellent Lyonnais bistro! The food is truly excellent, with generous and flavorful dishes that perfectly showcase Lyonnais traditions. The servers are very welcoming, warm, and always attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is cheerful, friendly, and very family-oriented; you immediately feel at ease. The traditions are very much present and give this restaurant its charm. A wonderful place that I highly recommend!

An authentic Lyonnaise restaurant experience. It seems like locals frequent this spot, as our waiters were greeting many of those passing by. The waiters were patient, understood English, and answered any questions we had about our meal. As for the food, there are around 6-10 main dishes that you can order from. I would recommend going for the dish of the day, which was a grilled ham with veggies. Absolutely delicious! We also ordered the saucisson chaud, which was equally as amazing. We walked in and immediately got a table, but it also seems that it may get more popular during certain times of the day or year. It is possible to reserve ahead.

A true Lyonnais bistro with a great atmosphere, excellent cuisine (the tripe and frog legs were exceptional, and the lamb brains were also a special mention), and top-notch service. Their Beaujolais Nouveau celebration is incredible. Bravo! Still as good for lunch on the terrace in the warm weather of May 2026, with pieds meurette, tripe, Fleurie wine, and a strawberry sundae.
