We chose to eat here as it had come up as a place that had gluten free options. Staff were friendly and although didn’t seem that confident/knowledgeable about gluten free options, we did find some options. We had some tasty smoothies and chose a chicken salad. The salad would have been great but was let down by some strangely textured chicken, which didn’t seem like it was cooked, even though it was. Other food brought out looked really good and portion sizes were good.

Originally reviewed in 2023. Back in 2026 and same review. Still mediocre food. Terrible coffee. 2023- Average food - reminded me of every hippie, hipster mediocre breakfast I have had in California. Maybe it was what I ordered...others I was with seemed to like it

The staff was very friendly and offered good advice regarding food choices. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The restrooms were clean. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, very friendly and pleasant staff, good drinks, I love it 😊 Food-wise: good value for money, go for it without hesitation! PS: Thanks for taking the time to advise me on what to do last night 😉

Great place with a very warm welcome, a good selection, and a delicious daily wok dish, as well as a delicious strawberry tart. I will definitely be back!

Great place! Food exceptional so is the service. Tables moved to make room for our baby and pram they couldn't of been more accommodating.

05/06/2026: Without knowing what the gift package contained, the first thing they said was, "You can't eat this here," even though we were sitting there to have something to drink. They said it harshly and angrily, and there were two of them 😨😨
05/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at George's restaurant and I highly recommend it. My friend ordered mussels: they tasted good, but about half were closed. We mentioned this to the young waiter who greeted us—he was extremely kind and professional. He offered to speak to the chef and returned with a half-price meal, which we absolutely didn't expect. I wish I knew his name so I could congratulate him, as his attitude truly made all the difference. Excellent service and a pleasant experience.
