Café Palacito sur Biarritz

Excellent stay from May 26th to 29th. Room 36 during our stay. A very warm welcome from all the staff, with a special mention for the girls. We found them to be professional, kind, and humorous. The room could use a refresh (worn carpet, a small refrigerator would be welcome). But apart from that, the stay was excellent. Thank you all. We will return. Keep up the good work making your guests happy and respectful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Excellent welcome, spotless room and impeccable cleanliness. Ideal central location. And the bar being open all day is a real bonus. I'll definitely be back.

Good overall stay and experience! The rooms were a bit small and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but the staff were excellent throughout. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Would consider staying again.

The hotel is nice and very well located. The room for four is very small, and the beds are very uncomfortable. The sofa bed digs into all the metal frame, and the large bed is actually two beds pushed together. Since I slept with my two daughters, I had to be in the middle, and I felt all the pressure because it wasn't a double bed.

A very satisfying stay at the Hotel Cosmopolitain in Biarritz, room number 30. Having decided to come at the last minute, our usual hotels were fully booked for the Easter weekend. We therefore discovered this establishment, simple and efficient, exactly what we were looking for. The room was clean, the price-to-quality ratio was reasonable, and the nightly rate remained affordable for a hotel located right in the city center. A good place to stay in Biarritz without any unpleasant surprises.

Fantastic brunch! High-quality products, friendly service, and a wide selection of sweet and savory items, as well as drinks! The staff was very pleasant.

Small hotel in the city center. The reception was practically nonexistent; they didn't even give us the key or check that we had paid. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the room a bit dated but very clean, and the bathroom modern. Very noisy at night due to the traffic under the windows.

A lovely little brunch to start the year, what could be better? Excellent service, warm welcome, and delicious food. I'll definitely be back soon.

2026 is off to a great start with brunch at the Cosmopolitan Hotel! Excellent choice, our party of four was very easy to get to. The staff were fantastic, always smiling, and we'll be back soon for another brunch!
